Admin Dashboard: Viewing certified file from organisation

As an administrator, you have access to all certified documents across your organization. This allows you to support users, track activity, and maintain oversight of all timestamped files.

Accessing Certified Files

To view all certified files:

1. Click the Certified Files icon in the sidebar

You will be taken to the Certified Files overview

What Admins See

While regular users only see files they personally certified, admins can view all certified files created by any user within their organization.

The overview includes:

• Filename
• Type of file
• Created by (user email)
• Date created
• A link to View details

This makes it easy to follow up on who certified what and when.
