Admin Dashboard: Managing All Users

If you are an administrator, you have access to a special section in the platform where you can view and manage all users in your organization.

Accessing the User Directory

To open the user management section:

Click the User Directory icon in the sidebar

Select All Users from the menu

This brings you to a full overview of all users in your organization, including both regular users and administrators.

Filtering by Role

Within the User Directory view, you can filter users by role:

• Administrator – shows only admin accounts
• User – shows only regular users

Click on the role name in the menu to apply the filter
