To access the platform, you need a personal login.
Users receive their login credentials (email and password) from the administrator of their organization. If you have not received your credentials yet, please contact your internal admin.
Once your account is set up, you can log in by navigating to the platform’s login page.
If you see the wrong user account listed, choose Sign Out to return to the login screen.
If you experience any login issues, please contact your organization’s admin for support.
Organization admins receive their access credentials directly from Trustion Validate technical support. These credentials allow access to both the user dashboard and the admin dashboard for managing users, context, and records.
