As a user, you can view and edit your profile information within the platform. This allows you to keep your personal details up to date and adjust preferences such as language, appearance, and notifications.

Accessing Your Profile

To open your user profile, click on the user icon in the sidebar

This will open your User Directory page with all relevant information.

Profile Information

The top section shows your name, role, and email address.

You can edit:

• First Name and Last Name
• Email address (if permitted by your organization)
• Location (optional)
• Title or function within your organization
• Avatar (profile image)
• Tags (keywords for internal use)

Your password is stored securely and cannot be viewed directly.

Under the “User Preferences” section, you can adjust how the platform behaves for your account:
